Christopher Derrick, DC
Dr. Christopher Derrick, a graduate of Texas Chiropractic College, has a Doctorate of Chiropractic and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas Tech University. As a student at Texas Chiropractic College, he had the opportunity to participate in hospital rotations with medical doctors specializing in orthopedics, neurology, and rheumatology.
Dr. Derrick works closely with other healthcare professionals to help patients reach their health needs and goals. Dr. Derrick continues to expand chiropractic his skill set with extensive training in Maternity Adjustments, Spinal Decompression Therapy, Nutrition, Cold Laser Therapy, and Exercise Rehabilitation.
Dr. Derrick is a resident of McKinney, TX with his wife and 4 daughters. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and attending his girls activities. He is also an avid fisherman and outdoorsman.
Richard Channing, DC
Dr. Channing has been treating and evaluating patients for almost 28 years. He has had multiple clinics throughout his career in Oklahoma City, Dallas, Richardson and Frisco areas.
He has been a Designated Doctor for the State of Texas for the Worker’s comp system for 20 years and recently has become a Medical Examiner for performing FMSCA, Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) examinations. Dr. Channing has also performed peer reviews and has certification in Collision Reconstructionist through Texas A& M.
Dr. Channing’s clinical experience includes taking X-rays, passive modalities, physical exams, functional capacity tests, rehabilitation, Chiropractic manipulation using Diversified, Thompsons and Activator techniques. He was the on-site Doctor for several companies I the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area for 10 years.
Dr. Channing did his undergraduate studies in Austin and graduated Parker College of Chiropractic in 1992.

Deana Hicks, MSPT
Deana Hicks has been practicing physical therapy for over 24 years. She completed her education at the University of Central Arkansas with her bachelors of Science and masters of Science in physical therapy.
Deana began her careering as a traveling therapist for over 2 years and practicing in a variety of settings including outpatient orthopedics and rehab facilities.
Deana has worked in acute care, inpatient rehab including spinal cord and traumatic brain injury, and for the last 12 years she has focused on outpatient orthopedics with a 1 year practice specifically on foot and ankle patients. Deana enjoys treating patients of all ages.
Deana is certified in dry needling (DN), IASTM, cupping and has extensive training in manual therapy skills including joint mobilizations and soft tissue massage.
She moved to the McKinney area over 8 years ago. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her 12 year old daughter and husband. She also plays competitive tennis on two teams, golf and enjoys traveling and hiking and reading.
Tracy Castaldo, MSN, FNP-C
Tracy Castaldo is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 24 years of experience as both a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, TX and her Masters of Science in Nursing at Walden University in Minneapolis, MN.
She is a current member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Texas Nurse Practitioners Association. She is also certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, specializes in family medicine and skilled with pain management including joint injections.
Rubi Anjum, RD
Rubi Anjum has been a registered and licensed dietitian for 16 years. She graduated with a Bachelor degree in Nutrition from Aligarh Muslim University, India and received her Post-Graduate Diploma in Dietetics & Public Health Nutrition from Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi, India.
She also completed the Didactic Program in Dietetics from University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) and Dietetic Internship from Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas, Texas. She has worked as a Clinical Dietitian, a Public Health Nutritionist, and a Private Practice Dietitian in hospitals and outpatient settings and helped people manage their diseases with Medical Nutrition Therapy.
Her nutrition education and skills complement her holistic approach toward health and well-being. She is a firm believer in "Food is Medicine" and has helped her family, friends and clients make mindful choices for their diet and lifestyle. She has been a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) for the past 20 years.
Her philosophy and approach is that consistent, focused and small modifications in diet and lifestyle are the key components to long term health. She is on a mission to educate people to take charge of their health and to empower them to create health.
She lives in Frisco with her husband and three children and enjoys travelling, spending time in nature with family and friends.
